California laws don’t override federal laws regarding firearms. No exceptions.

- You were dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces

- You have renounced your United States citizenship
California and United States laws protect our business from selling or transferring a firearm to you for the reasons stated above and for whatever reason(s) we decide. We reserve the right to refuse you service and not tell you why. If applicable, we may issue a full refund of monies paid to us. If applicable, we will assist in transferring a firearm to a different dealer or back to the firearm’s origination. Shipping and other fees may apply. We will always cooperate with any law enforcement agency regarding all firearms in our possession and you may be directed to contact the respective law enforcement agency.
Disclaimer: It is YOUR responsibility to make sure you can possess any firearm. It will be a failure on your part if you send us a firearm that is illegal for you to own or us to possess. If you send us (or you direct another dealer/person to send us) a firearm which is illegal for us to possess, it WILL be turned over to local police OR the shipment will be refused and the firearm will be sent back its origination. We will not risk having to close our doors because of you.
